Where do I log into my All Play Pass account?

All Play Pass holders can log in at playhub.playroomchronicles.com.

Where do I access my purchase?

Everything you purchased is in your portal at playhub.playroomchronicles.com. Log in with the email you used at checkout, and you'll see all your All Play Pass goodies waiting for you.

I reset my password, but it's still not working. Now what?

First, check your spam/junk folder - sometimes those password reset emails hide there! If you still can't get in, fill out our support form and we'll help you troubleshoot within 24-48 hours (not including weekends).

I purchased the All Play Pass, but I'm unable to access anything. Help!

Don't panic! Here's what to try:

1. Check the email you used at checkout for your login credentials

2. Make sure you're logging in at playhub.playroomchronicles.com

3. Check your spam folder for any emails from us

The videos won't play - what should I do?

Try refreshing your browser, checking your internet connection, or switching browsers (Chrome usually works great!). Still having issues? Fill out our support form.

When is the HoliPlay Summit?

The summit runs November 5-7, 2025! Sessions will be released each day and available for 24 hours. Check your email for the full schedule and access links.

How do I watch the sessions?

Just head to the event page to watch that day's sessions. No special software needed - just an internet connection and your favorite device.

What if I miss a session?

Each session is available for 24 hours after it's released, so you have flexibility to watch when it works for you. If you want access beyond the summit dates, check out the All Play Pass for extended video access through October 1, 2026 and podcast audio access through June 1, 2026!

Do I need to register for each session individually?

Nope! Your summit registration gives you access to all sessions. Just use the links in your daily email.

Is there a Facebook group or community?

Yes! Join our HoliPlay Summit community on Facebook. Just select "Resources" in the menu bar at the top of this page and select "Facebook Group" Then give your email address that you registered with for the summit! Please allow up to 24 hours for verification.

Will there be live Q&A opportunities?

Yes! We'll have live chat and Q&A during select sessions. All Play Pass holders get priority access, but free attendees can participate too when space allows.

Can I watch on my phone or tablet?

Absolutely! The summit works on any device with internet access - computer, phone, tablet, whatever works for you. While the best video viewing experience is on a desktop computer, you can watch with a phone or tablet.

What if I have technical issues?

Fill out our contact form and we'll help troubleshoot. Please reach out at least a few hours before a session you want to catch so we have time to help! And please note that it may be something on your end (internet service provider, etc.) that we will not be able to assist with.

Will sessions have captions/subtitles?

Yes, we are aiming to have most session have captions in English.

What's the time commitment?

Sessions range from 20-50 minutes. You don't have to watch everything! Pick what's most relevant to you and your family right now.

I bought the All Play Pass - how is my experience different?

You'll get the same daily access links as free attendees, PLUS you'll have access to all videos through October 1, 2026, and podcast audio through June 1, 2026, transcripts, the HoliPlay Printable Planner, the GPT, The Play Insider, and all your speaker bonuses. Check your All Play Pass portal for everything! But please allow time for everything to drop during the course of the summit.

Can I share my access with friends?

We'd love for your friends to join! Please have them register for their own free ticket at holiplaysummit.com. Sharing login links violates our terms and prevents our speakers from getting credit for their work.

I have questions about a specific session topic - who do I ask?

Post your questions in the session chat or our Facebook group! Our speakers and community are here to help.

Will recordings be available after the summit?

Free ticket holders have access during the summit only (24 hours per session). All Play Pass holders get extended access. Upgrade anytime during the summit to keep learning!
